Here’s what we made for our week’s meals:

Regular favorite that it’s very easy to make! Turkey Taco Bowls We add black beans to ours and buy a salsa.

This next one was a new try because I wanted a little pasta, which we don’t normally eat. I’m part Italian, I cannot give up pasta! We added extra chicken and sausage to ours so we have more protein to reach our macros. This was called Chicken and Sausage Penne Jambalaya.

Breakfast: Simple smoothie with kale, frozen berries, and protein powder. I can make a smoothie the night before if have an early AM class to teach, but that’s as far in advance as I go.
